PAYMENT METHODS

No Surcharge applies excepting for Credit Card payment

  • Pre-pay Account
    Procedure:

    - Transfer any amount of money to our bank account (12-3034-0049586-00). Please include your name and Customer ID number as reference.

    - Cash/EFTPOS can be paid at our pick up shops, please see ‘contact us’ page for locations. Receipt will be provided.
    - Inform us of your name and customer number by emailing account@greeneden.co.nz
    - We will set up your prepay account and send you the e-coupon by email, after we receive your payment. Please allow 2 working days.

 

  • E-coupon (Gift Card)
    Steps:
    - Login first
    - Add any goods you want to buy, into the "Shopping Cart".
    - When you complete shopping, just click the "Checkout Now" button. 
    Enter the whole e-coupon code in the "Coupon Code" box in the middle area of the first checkout page.
    - Follow the instructions to complete the rest of checkout procedures.
    - System will automatically use your E-coupon to pay your order.

    Your e-coupon can be used as many times as you like, until your Pre-pay account (E-coupon) runs out of money.

    You can check the balance of the pre-pay account (E-coupon) and detailed previous orders by clicking the "My Account" button at the right top corner. 

  • Internet Banking
    Bank account: 
    12-3034-0049586-00, Bank name: ASB Bank.
  • Please must enter your Customer ID Number and Order number as reference.  
    Please note we will not deliver your order until payment arrives.
    PS: 1.If you are using ASB bank, payment should arrive instantly. 
          2. If you make payment from other New Zealand banks before 8pm from Monday to Friday, your payment shall arrive on the following day. 
          3. If you make payment from other New Zealand banks on the weekend, your payment will not arrive until Tuesday morning. So please send us the proof of payment (screenshot of internet payment receipt) and order number to account@greeneden.co.nz after placing the order. 
          4. If you unsure your payment will arrive before 10am on delivery day (click here to find out our delivery time), please send us the proof of payment to account@greeneden.co.nz.
  • Cash (only available for prepay)
  • EFTPOS (only available for prepay)

  • Bank cheque or Personal cheque (only available for prepay)

    We do not accept cash, eftpos and cheque payment for individual order when delivery. Sorry for the inconvenience!

  • Credit Card
    3% surcharge applies.

Payment or proof of payment must be made prior to delivery or pickup.

Sorry for the inconvenience! As it has taken us large amount of time to chase outstanding payments; and too many un-picked orders have been wasted. We wish to further drop our prices by reducing these unnecessary  waste.
